Uke Campaign

We are looking for part-time workers to support the expansion of our work in a community in Uke, Nasarawa State, Nigeria. The selected candidate will run a reading club for 30+ children weekly in term time and holidays and coordinate other activities like our annual school drive. Ideal for local residents.

Ibadan Holiday Reading Clubs

Now in its third year, our Ibadan Reading Club is an annual program held every August, designed to help children build confidence and strengthen their reading skills through a fun, engaging experience. As the program returns each year, we rely on the support of dedicated volunteers to help our staff run sessions throughout the month of August and warmly welcome local residents who would like to get involved.

In addition, for anyone interested in hosting a holiday book club within their own community, we are happy to provide our teacher’s guide and curated book recommendations to support you in creating a meaningful and enjoyable reading experience.
